VE3VGI Tilt over Tower

Posted 30 August 2013

Attached are pictures of my latest tilt over 56 ft Delphi tower, works very well.
The support tower are hd, cemented 5 ft into the ground.
Pivot point is heavy duty 2 1/2in pipe, fitted into backets made of 3 in pipe,
tower is clamped and drilled, into 2 1/2 in pipe.
A 3000 lb ATV pulls the counter weighted tower up.
On the top is a homemade Moxon 12/17 meter beam and a yard arm.

Looks like a great way to maintain your antenna.
